ATLANTA -- Lots of kids are on Spring Break and if you're staying in town, there is plenty to do without spending a lot of money. Here are three options that are under $10:

If you like animals, head to Noah's Ark in Locust Grove.  It is a sanctuary for wounded and and rescued animals, including some exotic ones.  Noah's Ark also provides emergency long and short term care for children whose parents are in crisis and can't take care of them. There is no admission fee, but since Noah's Ark is a nonprofit they are always in need of donations.  The animal habitat is open from noon to 3 p.m.

If your kids need to blow off some steam, take them to Mighty Jumps in Buckhead or Monkey Joe's in Duluth.  Passes to both venues are on sale at Half Off Depot for $4.

State Parks offer various free activities. Parking is $5, but local libraries have a parking pass that cardholders may borrow.
