Walmart has a selection of costumes that are $9.88 each including Ironman and Disney Princesses.
CostumeExpress.com has a good selection of $9.99 costumes in their sale section, and if you use the coupon code CX5OFF25 you get $5 dollars off a $25 purchase.
And this week Walgreen's has all their costumes at 25 percent off, making many of them just over $10.
Costumes may be even lower right before the holiday and especially right after, but there won't be as much selection.
