Commuter Scott Holbert travels Georgia 400 through the Cruise Card lane on a regular basis. His account is linked to a credit card so charges are deducted automatically. But when his credit card expired and he forgot the card was linked to his Tollway account, the trouble began. Several months later, he received a bill from S.R.T.A. for more than twelve hundred dollars.
