Driver upset about parking ticket, flags down Commuter Dude

Most people contact Commuter Dude by phone, email or social media. But one downtown driver flagged Dude down right on the street. She was upset over a parking citation that she said was issued in error. Having just spent two months reporting stories of alleged unfair ticketing practices, Commuter Dude was all ears. But right in the middle of the interview something unexpected happened. And then the enforcement officer arrived to shed even more light on the subject.
