ATLANTA -- A former assistant district attorney with the Fulton County District Attorney's office has been arrested.
Rand Csehy, one of the prosecutors in the Brian Nichols case, was taken into custody during a sting by the Atlanta Police Department on Thursday.
Csehy is charged with intent to distribute amphetamine, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of cocaine, and drug dealing.
He now works as a private practice defense attorney.
