McDONOUGH, Ga. -- The man accused of hitting and killing Henry County Police Officer Elgin Daniel is due in court Tuesday.
The crash happened last month as Officer Daniel was helping a stranded driver on North Henry Boulevard.

Ruben Marin-Garibay has been held without bond in the Henry County jail since his arrest for vehicular homicide.
