SACRAMENTO, Calif. (WXIA) - Police in Sacramento arrested a man wearing a sombrero and a single boxing glove after he jumped on the hood of a police car, yelled and then ran away.

According to the Sacramento Bee, police said 55-year-old Jesse James Thomas hopped on the hood of a Sacramento police car, yelled his own name, hopped down and ran off.
Police said in a statement they found Thomas nearby and arrested him on suspicion of being drunk in public. They said he was wearing a puffy jacket, a sombrero and a boxing glove on one hand.
