Short term - The stationary front is still present so the chance for afternoon storms will remain through Friday. With the large amount of moisture in the atmosphere, isolated severe thunderstorms could pop up through your Friday afternoon and evening. Some heavy rainfall is possible and flooding could occur. The clouds are still in place but should begin to break during the day on Friday. Thursday night will be mostly cloudy with showers and some thunderstorms. Some of these storms could be severe. Lows in the mid 70s. Friday will be comfortable with a high of 86 and lows around 70. A 60% chance of afternoon thunderstorms. Friday night we could still see a stray shower or two with temperatures in the mid 70s.
Mid range - Heading into the weekend, a ridge will build in causing temperatures to rise and rain chances to go down. Saturday we will see a high of 88 with only a 30% chance of showers. Lows around 70. By Sunday, we will see highs back in the 90s. Sunday will have mostly cloudy skies with only a 20% chance of rain. High of 90. Monday will be similar with mostly cloudy skies and once again a high of 90 and a low of 73. On Tuesday, the clouds will remain but temperatures will be slightly warmer with a high of 91. Still only a 20% chance of showers.
