The big system out to the west that is dumping serious snow in TX and OK will bring in another round of rain later tonight. This system is very powerful but luckily will move through when the instability will be the lowest.....
This system will be moving in later tonight after around 8-10pm and will bring with it pockets of heavy rain with a few t-storms possible. We will see rain on and off through the overnight hours, almost the exact same as what we saw last week Thursday and Friday night. There is a small difference with the storms in the morning.
There will be a small window in the morning ahead of the main line of storms when we could few a few severe storms. There will be a stiff south wind in the morning ahead of the main line that will bring in enough warm moist air to possibly give us a few severe storms, mainly between 4am - Noon. I am not expecting anything major, but we will be watching.
