Georgia woman turns 100, reveals its downside

WOODSTOCK, Ga. -- A Georgia woman is celebrating her 100th birthday this week!

Rebekah Mathis wa born in Six Mile, Ga. on March 26, 1918.

Ms. Mathis was a homemaker and mother to two sons, according to her family.

Her granddaughter said Mathis inspired four generations who "aspire to be half the woman she is."

Mathis said the downside of hitting the century mark is "your eyesight isn't as keen."

"Your granddaughter may have to tell you if you are about to eat a walnut or a pecan," her granddaughter said.
