ATLANTA -- If you love seafood and are looking to try out two of the most popular restaurants in the country, a new national list says you're in luck, Atlantans.
The rankings are based on 2015 food and beverage sales which were compiled through surveys and estimations when those were not available.
Based on that, Chops Lobster Bar split the list in fiftieth place having sales of over $16 million for the year. That's for about 192,000 meals.
That divides out to about $83.33 a piece though the list puts the average price at about $103.
Just down the list at eighty-third place is Atlanta Fish Market. The restaurant made $13,815,390 in sales in 2015 according to the list for 267,000. Divide that out evenly and it's $51.74 which isn't far from what Restaurant Business Magazine thinks you'll see on the check - about $49.
Both locations are part of the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group.
