The Alachua County Sheriff's Office has safely located the 4-year-old girl who was reported missing from Gainesville earlier Wednesday.
The Alachua County Sheriff's Office told First Coast News that the child was reported missing around 11:30 a.m. and believed she may have been in the company of her father, Gary Nelson, 44, at the time of her disappearance.
Deputies announced she was found safe shortly after 9 p.m., but said Gary Nelson is still at large.
