CHAMBLEE, Ga. -- A bank robbery that didn't go as planned ended with one man in jail, Saturday.

Police in Chamblee said that a man - later identified as Freddie Scott - attempted to rob the BB&T bank located at 3361 Clairmont Road.

Police said he passed a note to the teller that read, "I am armed and just give me your money. No die packs!"

But instead of passing money to the suspect, the teller refused. The suspect then fled the area but was later arrested nearby by Chamblee police.

Scott was arrested on one count of criminal attempt to commit robbery.

No one was injured and no money was taken.
