Police are now unsure what left a man with serious injuries on a major Atlanta road - bullets or the crash that followed
Atlanta police said that, based on Preliminary information, the victim was heading west in the area of Arthur Langford and Greenbriar parkways when another vehicle pulled up beside his car. The occupant of that vehicle fired several times at the victim who then lost control and drove off the road into a ditch.
"The victim appeared to have an injury to his head and was transported to Grady Hospital and is in stable condition," Sgt. John Chafee said.
Investigators are still working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting and identify those involved. They're also trying to determine whether the victim's injury was the result of being shot or the accident.
