GAINESVILLE, GA - Hall County deputies have charged 18-year old Kenneth Leroy Lippert IV, of Lula, with molesting two girls under the age of 10.
The Sheriff's Office told 11Alive News that the incident allegedly happened on December 9.
Lippert, according to Sheriff''s Lt. Scott Ware, knew the victims. He was arrested Sunday, December 31, and remains in jail.
Lippert is scheduled for a bond hearing on January 18.
