ATLANTA – A man is in critical condition after being shot by a group of men on scooters and a bike, according to police.
Around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to a person shot in the 80 block of Peachtree Street SW. There, police found a man who sustained apparent gunshot wounds to his leg and chest.
Preliminary investigation revealed several men, two on scooters, one on a bike, and another on foot, approached the victim, police said.
Officials said shots were fired and the men fled the location leaving the scooters and bike behind. Police said it appears the shooter was the man on foot.
The victim was taken to Grady Hospital in critical condition.
