LITHONIA, Ga. -- Police said three men are in stable condition, Sunday night, after being found in a Lowe's parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds.

Police first responded around 5:55 p.m. to the Lowe's Parking Lot on Farrington Road in the Lithonia area after a DeKalb officer on patrol heard gunshots.

The officer pulled into the parking lot where he told investigators he saw a vehicle fleeing the scene. He pulled the car over and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

Immediately after this, a 911 call came in for a third shooting victim.

That man was found slumped over next to a light post.

Police don't yet know what started the incident or how the three shooting victims know each other. They have not found any weapons and are still searching the area.

The three men have not yet been identified though police said none of them were in the store at any point leading up to the incident.

Police added they don't believe the shooting had anything to do with the store itself.
