A Georgia inmate scheduled for execution next week has selected his final meal.

J.W. Ledford Jr. has requested a last meal of Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon with Pepper Jack cheese, large french fries, 10 chicken tenders with sauce, fried pork chop, bloomin onion, pecan pie with vanilla ice cream, sherbert and Sprite.

The 45-year-old was convicted of murder in the January 1992 stabbing death of his neighbor, Dr. Harry Johnston. He is set to be put to death Tuesday by injection of the barbiturate pentobarbital, but his lawyers have filed a lawsuit arguing that the state's lethal injection drug will cause him unconstitutional suffering and that execution by firing squad is the only appropriate alternative.
