CANTON, Ga. -- Investigators are on the lookout for a suspect they say robbed a convenience store in Canton, Georgia while wearing a Spider-Man mask.
Cherokee County Sheriff's Office detectives believe that around 10 p.m. a masked white male entered the Petro Station located at 900 Reinhardt College Parkway. They said he then pulled out a handgun and demanded cash and cigarettes from the clerk.
In addition to the mask, the suspect also had a tattoo on the web of his left hand and was wearing an Auburn Tigers hoodie.
He sped away in an older molder BMW with no tag and damage to the right rear quarter panel. Anyone with information on the suspect, crime or car is asked to call the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office at 770-928-0239. Those with info can also call 911.
