COBB COUNTY, Ga. -- the Cobb County Police Department along with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 89-year-old who is said to have Alzheimer's.
Investigators said Nicia Martin was last seen at her home by neighbors on Friday, April 14 on Laurie Jo Drive in southwest Marietta.
Martin is said to have both Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
Although she has no family in the area, police said Martin has been known to get on buses.
Detectives said Martin is about 5-feet tall and weighs about 140 lbs. She has brown eyes and brown hair.
