A police chase involving Grantville Police ended with a crash on I-85 South on Friday.
Georgia State Patrol arrived on scene to investigate the crash
The chase ended after the driver of the vehicle being pursued crashed into the back of a tractor trailer near exit 28.
The driver was airlifted to the hospital.
