GAINESVILLE, Ga. -- Gainesville police have made one arrest and are looking for one other in the shooting death of a man in front of his own son.

Police said that late in the evening of April 4, police responded to Carlton Street where they found the victim, Dennis Gayton shot to death. Sadly, Gayton's 15-year-old son witnesses his father's death.

Now, months later, officers have charged Tadrick Terrian Osborne and Marquis Lejon Studivant in the case.

For his involvement, Osborne faces felony murder (party to a crime) and two counts of aggravated assault (party to a crime).

However, police are still looking for Studivant who faces felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
