Do you live in one of Georgia’s best suburbs? A new study by ranks the best places to live in the state.

The rankings are based on data from the U.S. Census, FBI, BLS, CDC and other sources.

According to the list, Decatur is the top suburb in the state. It garnered A+ scores in Education, Public Schools, Diversity, Health and Fitness, Nightlife, Shortest Commute and Family Amenities.

Other areas that made the top 10 include Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Smyrna and Mableton.

While Decatur was tops in the state, it only managed to rank 63 nationwide. The top suburb in the country, according to, is Superior, Colo. Click here to see the nationwide list.
