ATLANTA -- All westbound lanes of Interstate 20 were closed at Interstate 285 after a man was struck and killed by a vehicle Wednesday evening.
According to Atlanta police, the man was unconscious but breathing after being hit and was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital. Sadly, he died after arrival.
