EAST POINT, Ga. — Diane White has accepted a new position to serve as the new city clerk for South Fulton. She will be replacing South Fulton's previous clerk, Mark Massey who has also accepted a new position in Savannah.
The
announcement came a few days ago which means big changes are soon to come to
the East Point City Clerk's office as well. White has worked for the city of
East Point for 14 years and currently serves as the East Point's city clerk.
Massey will prepare for his new position in Savannah later this month and White is set to step in to her new role with South Fulton shortly after.
As of now, there has been no announcement regarding who will serve as interim in East Point.
