Newnan man with dementia, early Alzheimer's found

According to police, he left his phone in the garage of his residence.

Police are searching for a 73-year-old man who went missing from his home on Sunday.

On February 18, William Henry Fausz left his home on the 600 block of Welcome to Amco Rd. at around 9:00 p.m. in his white 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander SUV with the Alabama tag W81R.

According to police, Fausz left his phone in the garage of his residence.

Fausz suffers from dementia and the early stages of Alzheimer's.

He is described as being a white male, 5'08", 165 lbs., grey hair and blue yes.

Police are asking anyone who may hae information on his whereabouts to please contact Investigator Brandon Thrower at 770-253-1502 of call your local 911 center.
