NEWNAN, Ga. -- A Newnan shooting suspect is no longer on the run after being caught by U.S. Marshals, police confirmed late Tuesday.

That's where authorities believe Boykin shot Randy Cortez Snelling. Now, days later, Snelling continues to recover from his injuries in an Atlanta area hospital.

Police said that Boykin is being held in the Coweta County Jail. More charges are pending.
