NORCROSS, Ga. - Police have made an additional arrest in a fatal shooting that took place in October.
Kyese Jahair Patrick, 21, was arrested on Dec. 26 and was charged with aggravated assault.
In addition to the three arrests made in this case, police are searching for two additional people, a man and a woman, who they believe were involved with the murder that took place at the Midnight Blu Cafe.

On Oct. 1, Gwinnett County Police were investigating the shooting death of 19-year-old Domiquo Riley after they found him deceased at a Shell gas station in Norcross.
Investigations revealed the victim was shot in the parking lot of the Midnight Blu Cafe located on 5050 Jimmy Carter Boulevard.
On Oct. 4, detectives made their first arrest in connection with this case. Christopher Parker, 42, of Lithonia was arrested and had warrants for his arrest for felony murder, aggravated assault and felon in possession of a firearm.
On Nov. 1, detectives made a second arrest. Oshay Howard, 20, had warrants out for aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
