Here's a timeline of events in the Mariah Woods case:
Overnight Friday:
The live-in boyfriend of a Jacksonville woman has been arrested and charged in connection to the disappearance of her daughter, Mariah Woods, the FBI announced early Saturday.
Deputies took Earl Kimrey, 32, into custody Friday night, as the search continued for the woman’s 3-year-old daughter.
He faces several charges:
- Concealing of Death
- Obstruction of Justice,
- 2nd Degree Burglary
- Felony Larceny
- And Possession of Stolen Property
He is being held at the Onslow County Detention Center on a $1.01 million bond and due in court Monday at 8 a.m., according to these documents.
Arrest warrants obtained by WNCN said he obstructed justice by, “removing Mariah Woods’ body from the scene of her death and did conceal Mariah Woods’ death and body, knowing that Mariah Woods died from unnatural causes. The defendant acted with deceit and intent to fraud.”
In the warrants, officials claim, Kimrey “secretly disposed of the dead child’s body.” Additionally, records reveal that Kimrey broke into a home on High Hill Road and stole two dressers around the time of the toddler’s disappearance.
Investigators said Mariah is believed to be dead and they are still looking for her body.

Friday, 3:40 P.M. - FBI agents search a landfill looking for any possible items that could be related to finding Mariah Woods.
Friday, 3:35 p.m. - FBI announces they have again sent items of interest to be tested related in the search of Mariah Woods.
Friday, 3:30 p.m. - Onslow County Sheriff Hans Miller thanks volunteers for helping in search
Friday, 8 a.m. - More than 700 people search for Mariah Woods.
THURSDAY LATEST:
Thursday, 3:50 p.m. - FBI announces at New Conference they're testing items of interest related in the search of missing 3-year-old, Mariah Woods.
Thursday, 3:45 p.m. - Onslow County Sheriff Hans Miller, “I’m emotional about this. I want to find Mariah Woods and bring her back.”
Thursday, 3:40 p.m. - Sheriff Miller said they have brought in horses from Wilmington and search boats from NC Marine Fisheries
Thursday, 3:35 p.m. - Sheriff Miller announces they will hold a volunteer community search for Mariah Woods. Volunteers need to be able to search an area for 4-6 hours. You must wear clothing that can withstand thorns and bushes and other outside hazards. You must also bring your own snacks. Volunteers will meet at the Dawson Community Church located at 2311 Dawson Cabin Road from 8am-9am. You must show an ID to register.
Thursday, 2:15 a.m. - The FBI Charlotte office sends out a tweet asking anyone who came into contact with Woods' family on Nov. 26 or Nov. 27 to call the Onslow County Sheriff's Office.

Thursday morning - A dive team was called in to search a creek along U.S. 17. A news conference will be held around 3:30 p.m. with an update on the investigation.
WEDNESDAY LATEST
Overnight Wednesday - The FBI and Onslow County Sheriff's Office release photos from a Morehead City Walmart of an adult and child asking for help in determining whether the child is Mariah. The pictures were taken around 9:30 a.m. on Monday.
Wednesday, 10 a.m. - The sheriff's office says the photos released are not of Woods.
Wednesday, 1 p.m. - The FBI confirms the identities of the woman and child in the surveillance video released overnight and say the child is not Mariah Woods and the woman doesn't have any connection to the ongoing investigation to find Mariah.
Wednesday, 4 p.m. - Onslow County Sheriff Hans Miller said over 225 agents from more than 14 local, state and federal agencies are in on the investigation. Those involved have helped conduct 100-plus interviews and followed more than 140 leads in the case.
Wednesday, 6 p.m. - A dive team was called on Wednesday afternoon to help aid in the search. The team searched a pond off High Hill Road in Jacksonville
Wednesday, 7 p.m. - The Jacksonville community came together tonight to hold a vigil for Mariah Woods.
Wednesday, 8 p.m. - Investigators ask community members to search wooded areas, barns, and sheds for the girl
TUESDAY LATEST
Tuesday morning - The FBI's Child Abduction Rapid Deployment team joins the search for Woods.
Tuesday, 3:30 p.m. - A news conference is held between the Onslow County Sheriff's Office and the FBI. An FBI spokesman assures the public finding Woods is 'priority number 1.'
"Every second counts when a child is missing," Onslow County Sheriff Hans Miller said. "No piece of information is too small or insignificant." Miller wouldn't give many details about the investigation.
Tuesday afternoon - The FBI releases an official 'missing persons' poster for Woods.
MONDAY LATEST
Monday, around 6:30 a.m. - Kristy Woods calls the Onslow County Sheriff's Office to report her 3-year-old daughter, Mariah Kay Woods, is missing. The mom says she last saw her around 11 p.m. Sunday.
Monday, 11:15 a.m. - An Amber Alert was released for Woods, describing her as 2-foot-9 and 30 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Monday, 1:16 p.m. - Woods' address is verified on Dawson Cabin Road in Jacksonville.
Monday afternoon - Kristy Woods gives a TV interview: I'll do anything I can, whatever you want," she said. "Just bring her home please safe and sound. She's my baby. She's my everything."
