T3 West Midtown is a project of Hines, the international real estate firm, and Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager.

It will feature a timber structure with easy access to transit and an emphasis on the latest technology.

The groundbreaking event included light bites and craft Bourbon from Blade and Bow.

Construction of a new 230,000-square-foot office development at Atlantic Station officially began this week with the ceremonial hammering of nails.

T3 West Midtown is designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture (HPA), in conjunction with the DLR Group.

The seven-story mass timber office building feature work spaces designed for collaboration and common social areas to create a sense of camaraderie and community.

“We are excited to kick off construction of this differentiated product that provides unique architecture with a balance of amenities and services connecting them to the 24-hour attributes of Atlanta’s urban core,” stated Hines Senior Managing Director John Heagy.

It has been named the First Wired Certified Platinum New Development in Atlanta.

T3 West Midtown will also include a fully modern fitness center, conference center, tenant balconies, and a scenic rooftop deck.

“This project is in the flourishing Midtown submarket that embodies the live, work, play lifestyle that progressive tenants are seeking in order to recruit and retain today’s knowledge workers,” Hines Managing Director, Tori Kerr added.
