SEATTLE -- The Seattle Seahawks gave up a 14-point lead to the Atlanta Falcons, but they were able to hang on to win 26-24 at CenturyLink Stadium Sunday.
The Seahawks (4-1) snapped the Falcons' (4-2) winning streak, who had won four consecutive games prior to Sunday's match-up. The Seahawks are on a three-game winning streak.
Up by 1 with four minutes left, quarterback Matt Ryan threw an interception. Julio Jones let one through his hands that ended up in Earl Thomas' gloves. The Seahawks could only muster up a field goal off the turnover to take a 2-point lead, but it would be enough.
On 4th-and-10, Ryan threw deep to Jones, but the coverage by Richard Sherman proved to be too much. Falcons head coach Dan Quinn was furious after the play because he thought a pass interference should have been called, but the refs thought otherwise.

Ryan completed 27 passes for 335 yards and three touchdowns. He was sacked four times. He committed the Falcons' two turnovers.
Jones had seven catches for 139 yards and one touchdown.

Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was 25-of-37 for 270 yards.
Christine Michael rushed for a 9-yard touchdown to put Seattle on the board after Ryan fumbled near his own end zone. Alex Collins scored on the ground from 2-yards out. Steven Hauschka made a 42-yard field goal to give the Seahawks 17 points in the first half.
The Falcons could only put up a field goal in the first half and trailed 17-3 at halftime.
But the No. 1 offense in the NFL scored 21 unanswered points against the No. 1 defense, all off Ryan touchdown passes.
Ryan connected with Julio Jones for a 36-yard touchdown pass to start the second half. Mohamed Sanu caught a 10-yard pass in the end zone to tie the game at 17. Tight end Levine Toilolo caught a pass and ran into the end zone for a 46-yard score to give the Falcons their first lead going into the fourth quarter.
Hauschka missed a field goal on the next drive. But the Seahawks chipped at the lead on a 1-yard touchdown run by Michael. Ra'Shede Hageman blocked the extra point, but the Seahawks were still able to comeback off Ryan's interception on the next drive.
The Falcons will return to the Georgia Dome next week to face the San Diego Chargers.
