Here's when and where the postponed GHSA state championships will be played

ATLANTA -- The GHSA was forced to postpone six of the eight state championships to be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Friday.

After two games were played on Friday, the GHSA postponed the rest of the games as several inches of snow fell in the metro Atlanta area and threats of re-freezing persisted.

The state championship games will be played Dec. 15 at the schools. The higher seeded teams will get to host, or, if both teams have equal seeding, a coin flipped determined who will host the title game.

The teams get to decide whether they want to play Friday or Saturday, Dec. 16, according to the GHSA.

Tickets are $20, and tickets for the games at Mercedes-Benz Stadium or ticket stubs will be accepted at the new sites.
