KENNESAW, Ga. -- After an impressive run in the FCS playoffs, Kennesaw State football head coach Brian Bohannon announced six student athletes signed their letters of intent on Wednesday.

It was the first day of the Early Signing Period which runs through Friday. Five of the six athletes are from Georgia, and includes two offensive linemen, a wide receiver, defensive end, defensive back and linebacker.

"I can't express how excited we are as a staff to announce this great group of young men joining us on National Signing Day," said Bohannon. "I want to thank each member of our staff for the hard work they put in to bring these young men to Kennesaw State. It's a tribute to this University and everything going on here that we're able to bring this caliber of student-athletes here."
