Those traveling in the area of Springdale Road SW and Cleveland Avenue SW in Atlanta take note. Emergency repairs could slow your travels Saturday night.
Officials with the Atlanta Department of Watershed Management report that they are working to repair a 20-inch water main in the 2800 block of Springdale Road.
Because of this, the road's intersection with Cleveland Avenue is closed.
Those traveling in the area can expect delays and those living there should expect a continued interruption in water service until the main can be repaired.
Traffic control measures are being implemented, but those who can are advised to avoid the area for now.
Watershed Management has not released how long the repair could take.Tweets by ATLWatershed
