Record breaking temperatures very likely the next few days.

We will have more clouds than sunshine Wednesday. There is only a 30% chance for a shower to develop, more likely during the late afternoon. Temperatures will be warm. We are expecting a high of 76. That would break a record for 2/21.

The area of high pressure that is keeping us so warm, is also blocking the rain and storms from the west from moving in. Rain chances on Thursday are now down to 20%.

Thursday's predicted high of 77 would break the previous record of 74 set in 2003. The rest of the week we may tie the record highs.

And guess what? Another weekend ahead with some rain chances. At this point, it doesn't look like a wash out. We will have a 20% chance for some showers Saturday. The rain chance goes up to 60% on Sunday.
