We will have a 20% chance for some showers this morning. There will be a lot of dry hours in between some of those scattered showers. We will warm up to 62.

The week ahead will be unsettled with the threat of showers throughout the coming days. However, temperatures will be mild. Highs will top out in the 60s for the remainder of the work week. Each day, we will have a chance for some showers. Right now, Wednesday looks like the day with the highest rain chance. Those rain chances taper off for Thursday and Friday. The rain chances come back on Saturday.

Thursday is the official start of winter. It arrives at 11:28 am EST and ends on March 20, 2018. The winter solstice is the day with the fewest hours of daylight during the year. Despite the official arrival of winter, it will be a just a little above average on Thursday with highs in the upper 50s.
