Who is Chesley McNeil?
Chesley is the newest member of the 11Alive Weather team. Joining us in January 2009, Chesley will primarily be seen on 11Alive News Today and 11Alive News at Noon. He holds a Masters degree in Geosciences and is working on his doctorate.
