Executive Profiles Week of September 11

David Rubinger talks with Pete Correll about his multi-faceted career in business and charity.

A.D. “Pete” Correll is a veteran of the paper products industry who would eventually carve out a successful career in private equity.  He worked for Westvaco and Mead corporations, before joining Georgia-Pacific, where he rose to CEO.

Correll is a man of purpose.  The energy he invested into his professional career would come into play at a time when most people were enjoying the fruits of retirement.

David Rubinger discovers how fate put Pete Correll on a path to purpose right when he needed it most, and in doing so, helped save a medical institution vital to metro Atlanta.
