Cibo e Beve Brooklyn Pizza Recipe
1 Prepared Pizza Dough
1 Ball Buffalo Mozzarella
¼ cup Browned Italian Sausage
¼ cup Caramelized Onions
4 oz. San Marzano Pizza Sauce
Stretch dough to the desired thickness and width, leaving a ½ inch raised dough, along the outside to make the crust. Evenly spread pizza sauce on the dough, all the way up to the crust. Next top with the sausage and onions. Top with the mozzarella and bake at 500 degrees for 8-10 minutes or when crispy and golden brown. Slice and enjoy!
