New Driver Car Control Clinic
The New Driver Car Control Clinic® in Atlanta is a six-hour, hands-on, in-car accident avoidance and defensive driving skills clinic for teens and their parents

All parent-student teams attend an evening classroom session from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Each team then attends one 4-hour behind-the-wheel session at either 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 12:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the date selected. Learner's permit-license and parent required for both sessions.

New Driver Car Control Clinic
One in four teens will crash in their first year of driving. Statistics show at least 200 teens are likely to die on Georgia highways this year and 21,000 may be injured.

11Alive has joined forces with the New Driver Car Control Clinic to teach defensive driving and accident-avoidance skills to new drivers. The New Driver Car Control Clinic is a nationally acclaimed, hands-on program that has already proven itself. In Florida, graduates of the program have a 77% lower crash rate in a 4-year period as compared to the general population.
