I was born and reared in Washington,D.C. My parents and close family members are all classical musicians, so music and the arts are part of my upbringing.
A long-time Atlanta resident, Karyn is well known in the local television market and has a history of hands-on community involvement. She is the past president of the Atlanta Press Club and currently serves on the Board of Governor's for the National Academy of Television, Arts & Sciences.
I joined 11Alive in January 2006. Before coming to Atlanta I worked in Knoxville, Tennessee for 18 years.

Randy Waters was born in Coshocton, OH in 1951. He attended Riverview High School near Coshocton, and graduated from Ashland College in Ashland, Ohio in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
Weeknight sports anchor for 11Alive News at 6 & 11 p.m. He joined WXIA-TV in July of 1992 from WISH-TV where he served as Sports Anchor.
