I was born and reared in Washington,D.C. My parents and close family members are all classical musicians, so music and the arts are part of my upbringing.

A long-time Atlanta resident, Karyn is well known in the local television market and has a history of hands-on community involvement. She is the past president of the Atlanta Press Club and currently serves on the Board of Governor's for the National Academy of Television, Arts & Sciences.

Ted Hall

I joined 11Alive in January 2006. Before coming to Atlanta I worked in Knoxville, Tennessee for 18 years.

Melissa Long

Melissa Long is delighted to join the 11Alive team as an anchor/reporter and call Atlanta home, once again.

Chris Holcomb

Chris Holcomb is the weekend meteorologist on 11Alive/WATL. You can see him mornings and evenings on weekends and filling in for Paul and Chesley during the week.

Sam Crenshaw is a Sports reporter and Anchor for 11Alive News. Sam is known in the Atlanta community for his knowledge of local athletes and teams as well as his passion for playing tennis.

Randy Waters

Randy Waters was born in Coshocton, OH in 1951. He attended Riverview High School near Coshocton, and graduated from Ashland College in Ashland, Ohio in 1973 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.

Fred Kalil

Weeknight sports anchor for 11Alive News at 6 & 11 p.m. He joined WXIA-TV in July of 1992 from WISH-TV where he served as Sports Anchor.

Rebecca Lindstrom

Rebecca joined the 11Alive team as a Multimedia Journalist in April of 2012.

Matt Pearl

I arrived in Atlanta in 2009 and have been in love with the city ever since. I am proud to work for 11Alive, and you can catch my reports during the week, typically on the 6 pm or 11 pm news.

William J. Liss reports from the 11Alive Help Desk and serves as 11Alive's Business Editor.

Valerie Hoff

Valerie Hoff anchors 11Alive News on Saturday and Sunday morning at 9 am. Valerie has also earned esteem in Atlanta for her helpful, money-saving "Ways To Save" reports.

DeMarco Morgan

DeMarco Morgan joined 11Alive in January 2012. He co-anchors the 6pm newscast weeknights with Brenda Wood and reports for the 11pm nightly broadcast.

Blayne Alexander

Blayne Alexander is a multimedia journalist here at 11Alive. Prior to joining 11Alive, she worked in Augusta from Washington, DC, where she worked as a production assistant for NBC News.

I've been with 11Alive news for five years and love what I do--covering a different story every day and meeting people from all walks of life.

Ross McLaughlin

Ross is one half of 11Alive's CIA (Center for Investigative Action) team. Ross is well known for working hard to find solutions for our viewers.

Nick Vavas joined the 11Alive News team in June of 2011 as the Traffic Anchor with 11Alive's Wake Up With Chesley at 4:30am.

It has been nearly twenty years since I joined the 11Alive News staff back in December of 1988, when Vince Dooley was still the football coach at the University of Georgia, Sonny Bono was the Mayor of Palm Springs, and compact discs were the new musical rage.

Reporter Kevin Rowson is a General Assignment Reporter with 11Alive News and has been with the station since January of 1994. He specializes in covering stories about law enforcement.

Jennifer Leslie

Jennifer is a reporter with 11Alive News. Known for her solid reporting and major contribution's to the stations morning and weekend newscasts, Jennifer works early mornings and reports for both 11Alive News Today and 11Alive News Saturday & Sunday Morning. 

Donna Lowry

Donna Lowry is the state of Georgia's only full time Education Reporter. She created both the CLASSNOTES and award-winning CLASS ACT segments that are regular features on 11Alive News.

Julie Wolfe

WXIA/ WATL has been my "news" home since 2006. I started my television career by packing everything I owned into my Honda Civic and driving to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
