First of all, congratulations to Tommy on his success of becoming Atlanta's Biggest Loser -- job well done!

It was amazing to see your transformation along this journey.  Also, congratulations to you and your lovely wife on the upcoming birth of your child!  What exciting news.  Now, you've changed your lifestyle to be healthy and active insuring that you'll be around for many years to enjoy what this wonderful life has to bring.

I'd like to also congratulate Tara for working so hard and encouraging me during this competition.  Even though, you didn't win in the finale, you are a winner and have come a long way!  Be proud of your success.  Kudos to the Red Team who have made dramatic results on this weight loss journey.  Let's all keep in touch and stay on track with our goals.

The Blue Team consists of a great group of women (Cheryl, Kim, Erica, Taneya, & Tara) who are all winners and have been an inspiration along the way.  We challenge each other by continuing to show up at Adrelanine Fitness, taking classes and catching up on each other's progress.  It doesn't end here!

Happy Holidays to everyone and keep up the great work!

Be sure to watch the finale on 11Alive on Saturday, December 13, at 7:30pm.  The two competitors left standing, after the voting ended, have made some awesome lifestyle changes and it'll be fun to watch their transformation (and ours) as it was taped from day one.  Good luck to Tara and Tommy -- job well done!

I want to personally thank all the contestants on Atlanta's Biggest Loser.  It has been a great journey.  We'll have to organize a reunion up the road and catch up on everyone's continued progress.  I know that the guys plan to keep on working out with Mari at The American Boot Camp Company and the girls are continuing to work out at Adrenaline Wellness & Fitness.  Working out has become a part of our lives!

And finally, thanks again to 11Alive, Adrenaline Fitness & Wellness, The American Boot Camp Company, Good Measure Meals, and Daza Dance.  Without their support, this competition (and our fantastic results) wouldn't have been possible!

Happy holidays to all and happy new year!

Congratulations to Tara and Tommy!  I know we have been competitors (Blue & Red teams) but that was part of the game.  I'm proud to have been a part of this competition with all of you.  It's been fantastic to see the lifestyle changes we've made and the drastic results we've accomplished.

Looking forward to the reunion tomorrow at 11Alive!

First of all, I want to thank all the members of the Blue Team:  Taneya, Kim, Cheryl, Erica, and Tara.  You have all been an inspiration to me and I value your friendships.  We have come out of this competition better off than we were when going in.  We have adapted a healthier lifestyle and have lost weight in the process.  I'd like to challenge each of you to continue the process.  Let's promise to keep each other on track to reach our goals and to stay healthy and to not gain the weight back!  Good luck to Tara as she continues up against the men -- they are all doing an incredible job and this won't be an easy task.  Tara will continue to need our support for the finale.  Go Blue!

I feel like a winner already -- I stayed at the top of the percentages in weight loss throughout the competition, I've lost over 30 lbs, my health has improved and my stamina is incredible.  If someone had told me going into to the competition that I'd be in the final two on the Blue Team, I would have been fine with that.   I was just under 200 lbs at the beginning of this competition and I'm convinced that without it I would have gained added weight throughout the holiday season and probably have been well over 200 lbs!  It's been a wonderful journey and I'm happy to have been a part of Atlanta's Biggest Loser.  Thanks to everyone at 11Alive, Adrenaline Fitness (especially Jake and Mandy for their continued support), Good Measure Meals (who provided the awesome meals that made it quick and simple for me to stay on track).  I wouldn't have done this without you!

Good luck to the Tara as she continues on for the Blue Team and good luck to the Red Team -- just remember, we're all WINNERS!

Finally, I want to thank my family at Georgia Tech (Go Jackets!) for their continued support this year during my son's deployment to Iraq and also for their support during the Atlanta's Biggest Loser competition.  They have been a big part of my continued success.  My son is home safe and 2009 is going to be the best year ever!  Happy Holidays!

Well we are in our final two weeks of the contest and I am so lucky to be one of the last two ladies standing!  I want to thank everyone for their continued support and votes!  I had a slow last two weeks on the scale but I feel that my body is adjusting and I know my next weigh-in will be awsome!  So during this very busy time of year I ask if you could please take a second out of your time to vote and keep me in the contest!  I would more then greatly apprectaite it!  I want to wish Karen the best of luck she has been my motivation on several occasions and has always shown such great results!  Karen I am so proud of you! I want to thank 11Alive, Adrenaline, and Good Measure for helping me transform my body into a healthy and much more fit one.  These last 10 weeks have been amazing-through the blood, sweat, and tears I have learned so much and changed so much.  So please support me through the end and I will represent well. I wish everybody and their loved one a very Happy Thanksgiving!
