Arlissa Williams "The Motivator" Age: 25 Starting Weight: 232
Arlissa was in the bottom two on April 1, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 8.25 pounds. She departed on April 3, and we wish her all the best.
Arlissa Williams sees the future in her daughter's eyes, a future that is fun, encouraging, and inspirational, and she wants to make sure she's a part of it. Starting the competition at five feet tall and more than 200 pounds, Arlissa has decided she's had enough of being lumped into the "obese" category and is ready to commit to a healthier lifestyle. She hopes that, by setting a good example, she can empower her daughter with the knowledge and habits to prevent the weight struggle she herself has faced for much of her life.
Gabrielle "Gabbie" McGee-Kelly "The Songstress" Age: 30 Starting Weight: 189
Gabbie was in the bottom two on March 18, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 8.25 pounds. She departed on March 20, and we wish her all the best.
Gabbie says her life is composed of three Ms: marriage, motherhood, and music. Though she and her husband danced to James Brown's "I Feel Good" when they discovered they'd be parents, Gabbie didn't feel quite as good when she discovered she'd put on 62 pounds by the time their twins were delivered. She's already lost about 25 pounds, but says those last 35 might as well be a ton -- both physically and emotionally -- and she hopes that Atlanta's Biggest Loser: Moms Edition helps her get the structure and guidance she needs to take it off.
Jada Harrison "The Witness" Age: 30 Starting Weight: 258
Jada was in the bottom two on April 15, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 26 pounds. She departed on April 17, and we wish her all the best.
Jada rarely says she's doing anything "for me", but when it comes to entering the competition, that's what she thinks she has to do. During her third pregnancy, she developed gestational diabetes, and she's concerned she could end up with Type Two Diabetes if she stays on her current path. Jada says she's tired of sugar-coating her weight and her struggle with it, and is also tired of being unsuccessful when she tries to make a change. By joining Atlanta's Biggest Loser: Moms Edition, Jada hopes that her flesh becomes willing -- her spirit already is.
June Shephard "The Soldier" Age: 48 Starting Weight: 204.5
June was in the bottom two on April 29, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 22.75 pounds. She departed on May 1, and we wish her all the best.
June has three children -- a daughter at Emory and two teenage sons -- but she feels like her life is spiraling out of control. She's tried going to the gym -- went religiously for a year -- but when the results were disappointing, she, like so many others, stopped going. Now June says she's burned out and needs help; she's ready to smile at herself in the mirror again, and hopes that by joining the competition she can get the motivation to make the changes she needs.
Laurie Hawley "The Life-Saver" Age: 31 Starting Weight: 199
Laurie was in the bottom two on March 4, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 6 pounds. She departed on March 6, and we wish her all the best.
Laurie's life is a full one -- she's married, the mother of a two-year-old, an EMT in Cobb County, and a part-time student. With that much going on, it's no wonder she finds herself exhausted and unable to hit her goal weight. Laurie said she hit 268 pound while pregnant, and even though she's gone down to about 200 in the past two years, she feels achy and tired all the time. She says she's tired of that feeling, and is ready to take on the competition so she can wake up in the morning and feel good.
Rebecca Barnes "The Actress" Age: 43 Starting Weight: 225
Rebecca was the Pink Team's final competitor, losing 17 percent of her total body weight. However, her opponent in the final showdown lost more weight. Congratulations to Rebecca on being a finalist on Atlanta's Biggest Loser: Moms Edition!
Rebecca says she always puts herself last on her list of priorities, because managing her house and taking care of her family is such a full-time job. But now she says she misses herself; she wants the guidance and training -- and maybe a kick in the pants -- to stop yo-yoing, lose weight, and keep it off. Rebecca, a former actress, is tired of feeling older than she is; she hopes the competition helps her to get the energy and enthusiasm to keep up with her kids and just be more comfortable with herself.

Meet the BROWN TEAM

Cristina Packham "The Survivor" Age: 29 Starting Weight: 188
Cristina was in the bottom two on April 22, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 28.5 pounds. She departed on April 24, and we wish her all the best.
Cristina and her family were in a serious car accident just after her second C-section in 16 months. The recovery process forced her to end her career, and also made it extremely difficult to care for her children, both of whom were under age two. In addition, Cristina had to stop dancing, something that she both adored and was very good at. That led to a struggle with weight loss and depression. Her husband sent in an impassioned plea on her behalf; he wants to see his wife return to the woman she was before the accident.
Kelly Luscre "The Principal" Age: 46 Starting Weight: 178
Kelly was in the bottom two on February 25, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 6.5 pounds. She departed on February 27, and we wish her all the best.
Kelly is about to get her doctorate, but that doesn't mean she's doing nothing but studying. After trying to get her colleagues to start their own Biggest Loser contest, Kelly, a school administrator, has joined the Brown Team on Atlanta's Biggest Loser: Moms Edition and is ready to bring her positive attitude to bear on her weight, which she says is the highest it's ever been. In fact, Kelly's 18-year-old son weighs less than she does. Now, she says, it's time to look her best and feel her best for herself, her husband (a disabled Gulf War veteran), and her kids.
Nicole Olschewske "The Soccer Coach" Age: 38 Starting Weight: 232
Nicole was the Brown Team's final competitor, losing 19 percent of her total body weight over the course of the competition. She is the winner of Atlanta's Biggest Loser: Moms Edition 2009. Congratulations!
Before applying for Atlanta's Biggest Loser: Moms Edition, Nicole tried four times to get on the prime-time NBC version of "The Biggest Loser", but to no avail. After spending so much time doing so much for others -- she volunteers at her church, coaches her kids' soccer teams, does fundraising at her kids' school, and even drives the school bus -- Nicole says it's time to do something for herself. Once so athletic that she was almost picked to be on "American Gladiators", Nicole is ready for a kick in the butt (her words) that sets her on the road to change.
Penny Wimberly "The Comforter" Age: 40 Starting Weight: 263
Penny was in the bottom two on March 25, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 14.5 pounds. She departed on March 27, and we wish her all the best.
Penny says it's time to pick herself up, dust herself off, and start setting a positive example for her three children. Her mother died when she was ten, and since then, Penny says she's been using food as a mechanism for comfort and coping. She's tried to make changes in the past, trying more than her fair share of diets, but hasn't had success yet. But as she hits the milestone that is age 40, Penny says it's time to lose weight and get fit, because "if not now, when?"
Rashida Dunnam "The Healer" Age: 30 Starting Weight: 198.5
Rashida was in the bottom two on April 8, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 23.5 pounds. She departed on April 10, and we wish her all the best.
Rashida has been on the weight-loss roller-coaster for the past decade, but she says the ride's gotten a whole lot bumpier since the birth of her daughter just over a year ago. Now she's decided she's ready to leave the "This Scale Can't Be Right" amusement park. Rashida's wants her family to have a healthier, happier wife and mother, but beyond that, she also wants that for herself. With the accountability and structure of Atlanta's Biggest Loser: Moms Edition, Rashida knows she can make the changes she needs.
Sara Simmons "The Quiet Hero" Age: 33 Starting Weight: 219
Sara was in the bottom two on March 11, and did not receive enough votes to continue in the competition. Her final weight loss was 13 pounds. She departed on March 13, and we wish her all the best.
Sara's life was turned upside-down in 2007 when one of her children, who was eight at the time, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. But the stress of making sure her daughter has everything she needs to stay as healthy as possible has taken its toll on Sara, who has gained weight and faced anxiety and depression. Now Sara says it's time for her to show other moms facing adversity that it's possible to take care of families in crisis while also taking care of themselves, and she's ready to get started.
