NBC's "The Biggest Loser" comes to Atlanta in search of contestants. Casting directors are looking for family member teams of two who each have at least 100 pounds to lose. The casting directors issued a press release saying they are looking for "...outgoing and charismatic family teams of two, especially those who have the personality, desire and competitive edge to vie for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lose weight, change their lives forever".

Family teams can include parent/child, siblings, husbands-and-wives, couples, cousins and in-laws. Season eight of "The Biggest Loser" will premiere in September 2009, so this casting call is for the season which will air in early 2010.
