A man who was arrested Saturday in the murder of his three-month-old daughter is due in court for a probably cause hearing on Wednesday, October 11, at 1:30 p.m.
According to the FBI, Charles Hamilton, 44, was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport after he stepped off a Delta Air Lines flight from the Dominican Republic.
Police said that, earlier this week, Hamilton’s vehicle had been located in an airport parking lot.

Hamilton was wanted by Gwinnett police on several warrants related to the murder of his daughter, Adriana Hamilton.
The 3-month-old was left in the care of her father while her mother went to a laundromat on September 9, 2017. When her mother returned, Hamilton called 911 to report that her daughter was having breathing problems. She was taken to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Scottish Rite and passed away on September 13.
An autopsy later revealed that the child had significant head trauma.
Hamilton has been returned to Gwinnett County where he will face charges of murder, cruelty to children, and aggravated assault.
