Tua Tagovailoa is tired of hearing the criticism of Jalen Hurts.
Tagovailoa is the true freshman quarterback Alabama head coach Nick Saban put in at halftime of the national championship. He helped the Crimson Tide comeback and beat the Georgia Bulldogs 26-23 in overtime on Monday, winning the title.
What Tagovailoa did was amazing. But it also allowed Hurts' critics to be even louder after his disappointing performance at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Tagovailoa send a scathing Tweet to those critics on Thursday night.
"Tired of people not appreciating the fact that if this man led us to the National Championship. And for all the fans that are against Jalen, you against me too," he said in the post.

Hurts responded on Twitter by saying he was proud of his "Lil Bro."
💯🙏🏽Love You Too Lil Bro ! Proud Of You! #NationalChampions https://t.co/4sqdWVxlAJ

Tagovailoa threw three touchdown passes, including the game-winning 41-yard pass in overtime to DeVonta Smith to complete the comeback.
Hurts struggled against Georgia's pass rush and only completed three passes in the first half.
Now that Tagovailoa has led Alabama to its fifth national championship in nine years, it will be interesting to see if he can beat out Hurts to be the starter next season.
