Darlington Nagbe called-up for USMNT, will face Atlanta United teammate in friendly

Two top Atlanta United players will face-off in an international friendly.

Three Atlanta United FC players will represent their country in the upcoming international break.

American midfielder Darlington Nagbe was called up to the USMNT, midfielder Miguel Almiron will represent Paraguay and forward Romario Williams will play for Jamaica.

Nagbe and Almiron will go head-to-head as the U.S. takes on Paraguay on March 27th in Cary, NC. Williams and the Jamaican team will take on Antigua and Barbuda.

Nagbe played for the USMNT as it tried to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, but the team failed to qualify. He scored in an international friendly against Ecuador in May of 2016. He was part of the U.S.' successful 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup championship squad.

Almiron has 10 international caps and has been involved in Paraguay's qualifying matches for the World Cup.

Williams made his senior national team debut for Jamaica in 2016. He has scored two goals for the international team.

Andrew Carleton and Chris Goslin will join the U.S. U-20 Youth National Team during the international break.

Everyone will return for Atlanta United's next match against Minnesota United on March 31.
