A camera crew has turned its lens on one of the most crime-ridden areas in the city of Atlanta, documenting life in the notorious neighborhood known as the Bluff.
The movie, "Snow on tha Bluff," mixes elements of documentary films and drama. It tells life story of Curtis Snow, a self-described drug dealer and thief, who likes to think of himself as a modern-day Robin Hood.
"If I robbed somebody or stolen something from somebody, I spent it on somebody who needed it more than me or them," said Snow.
The film brings as Curtis steals a video camera from a group of college students who come to the Bluffs looking to score drugs. Curtis and his crew then use the camera to document their lives, offering a rare window into a world most people will never know firsthand.
The film be screened Sunday, May 1st and 7th at the Atlanta Film Festival.
