A full year after 11Alive viewer Luther Harris first contacted Commuter Dude for help, he got good news. G-DOT has reversed its decision to reject Mr. Harris' reimbursement claim and will be paying him nearly twenty-five hundred dollars in restitution. None of this would've happened, if Commuter Dude hadn't introduced Luther to G-DOT spokesperson Jill Goldberg, who went to bat for the frustrated driver.

For months and months, 11Alive viewer Luther Harris was bounced back and forth between the City of Atlanta and the Georgia Department of Transportation after filing a two-thousand dollar damage claim. Finally, he grew tired of the run-around and contacted Commuter Dude. Within hours, we learned it was a G-DOT issue, so we set up a meeting between the frustrated claimant and the State to try and work things out.
