Baffled parker struggles to understand citation.
When 11Alive viewer Stephanie Creeder finished lunch at Murphy's Wine Bar in Virginia Highland, she came out to see a 25-dollar parking ticket on her windshield. She was confused because the sign near where she parked read, "No Parking". "Taxi Stand, 8PM-5AM". So, she contacted Park Atlanta to dispute the ticket and the agency quickly shut her down. So, she emailed 11Alive to help gain some clarification.
